Keeping Your Information Private Is Important To Us.
Our company collects and stores a variety of information from our customers. This section outlines the type of data we collect, what we do with it, and the conditions under which we will disclose to third parties.

What Information Do We Collect?
We collect during the application process a range of information from your name and address to social security number and bank information. This information is required due to the liability and nature of credit card processing fraud. We do not provide service to customers who cannot provide this information.

How Do We Handle This Information?
Customer information is stored temporarily in a password-protected database. The more sensitive information (SS#, Bank Information, etc) is removed on a periodic basis and stored on a company hard drive removed from the Internet as an increased security measure. Service requests, questions and comments are transmitted via email.

Transmitting Information
We will correspond with our customers both via email and through the US postal service. We may need to contact our clients due to changes in policies with Visa and Mastercard or our sponsor bank. All information pertaining to terms of service and changes to user accounts that require signature authorization will be sent via regular mail.

Disclosure
We do not disclose or sell customer data to other parties. All customer data submitted to us is considered confidential and stored securely. However, due to the homeland security act, we may need to disclose customer data to state and/or federal officials.
